Who we are
Sack the Boss is run by Del Hughes, an independent Utility Warehouse (UW) Partner. We are not Utility Warehouse. Del Hughes (trading as Sack the Boss) is responsible for your information. Contact: info@sacktheboss.co.uk
What we collect
Your name, your contact details (such as email, mobile and postcode) and anything you tell us in our forms or messages.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the UW Partner opportunity, because you asked us to. Our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interests. We only send marketing where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- The UW Partner you name, or whose page or link you came through, so they can contact you.
- Utility Warehouse, if you decide to join or switch.
- Service providers who help us run things, such as email, website and booking providers. They only use your information on our instructions, and some may store it outside the UK with the safeguards UK law requires.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then we delete it. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a short note so we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it. To stop hearing from us, reply STOP (or use the unsubscribe link) in any message, or email info@sacktheboss.co.uk. If you're unhappy, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies. Our website only uses cookies and similar technology it needs to work and to count visits, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
