UK’s Best Side Hustle

Full Introduction to Extra Income · 15 min

We’re not asking you to sack the boss tomorrow.

Why another income?

Why are more people looking beyond one income?

One income isn’t the only way anymore.

UW calls them Multi-Income Individuals.

Security

Another stream beside the salary, so one job is not the whole plan.

Choices

More room for the holiday, the debt, the kids, the thing you actually want.

Future

Something you are building, not only something you are paid for this month.

UW and Cebr research published June 2023 found over 20 million UK adults were Multi-Income Individuals, including 35% of adults in Scotland. Those are 2023 figures, not 2026 statistics. Read the Mii research · UW / Cebr release

The role

Your business. From your phone.

Utility Warehouse provides the products, systems, training and Partner tools. Your activity is to find people, show them UW, and help households switch where it makes sense — largely using the Partner App.

  1. 01 Find people
  2. 02 Show them UW
  3. 03 Help them switch
  4. 04 Earn under the plan
  5. 05 Support others, optionally
  6. 06 Build over time
  • No stock. No premises. No need to become an energy expert.
  • Training and support are part of the model.
  • Designed to sit alongside a job. Team building is optional.

This is still work. Income is not effortless, and it is not guaranteed.

How Partners earn

Three ways Partners can earn.

Income is never guaranteed. It depends on activity, results, customer retention and the UW compensation plan in force at the time.

Upfront

A Customer Bonus when someone you introduce becomes an active UW customer. More services generally mean a higher bonus.

Ongoing

Personal Residual Income — a share of the services those customers keep, while they stay.

Team

Group Residual Income if you support other Partners whose customers stay on the services. Not a payment for recruiting.

Income is never guaranteed. It depends on activity, customer retention, qualification and the current UW compensation plan.

Build a team

Build something bigger than your own customer base.

Some Partners focus on building their own customers. Others also introduce and support Partners. As a team develops customers, the UW compensation plan provides the potential for additional ongoing Group Residual Income.

You’re starting for yourself. Not by yourself.

  • Getting started

The first actions, in order, without pretending you already know the business.

  • Training

Learn how the opportunity actually works before you are expected to do it.

  • Community

People already building this, so you are not starting in isolation.

  • Ongoing support

Help as you move from learning into real activity.

Questions people actually ask.

Do I have to leave my job?

No. Sack The Boss is built around people exploring an additional income alongside work, family and the life they already have.

Is income guaranteed?

No. Income is never guaranteed. What you earn depends on the time you put in, the activity you do, qualification under the current UW compensation plan, and how you use the training and support.

How do I earn?

Utility Warehouse pays Partners under its current compensation plan — typically an upfront Customer Bonus, ongoing Personal Residual Income, and, if you build a team, Group Residual Income. The official plan is on the UW Opportunity Guide. How Partners earn

What is Utility Warehouse?

Utility Warehouse is a UK household-services business. Partners introduce people to those services and, if they choose, can also introduce others to the Partner opportunity.

What happens after I enquire?

You’ll be invited to book a short info call with Del. That’s a conversation — not a commitment to join.

Will I be pushed to join on the website?

No. This site is here to help you understand the opportunity and decide whether a conversation is worth having.
